The points bellow are the points which I felt really irritating on our wedding... 1. The wedding responsible changed 3 times. From the first to the last one the service degraded significantly until the point that it was really irritating for us and our wedding planner. a. The wedding planners did a very poor handover from one to another.. b. the last responsible even changed whatever it was previously agreed in the last minute. Plans were shared previously but seems that the responsible did look at it. c. The last personnel even challenged all of us saying that this the best regardless of what we were talking. 2. Projector used was malfunctioning which jeopardized whatever it was prepared to be shown to our guests.... 3. We did not have special rates for wedding...we had to book online... I believe there should be some flexibility on this...to think out of the box... 4. They really not experienced in wedding, some flexibility is needed for this kind of events but I have the impression that they just thinking as business. (in fact the responsible mention our wedding as business which I felt very unprofessional and insensitive....). We bought from wedding fair.... The only thing which saved the entire sentiment towards Corus Hotel was rhe restaurant manager Ms Poon... Overall I definitely not recommend Corus for wedding or festivity events... The whole thing was successful thanks to the wedding planner and Ms.Poon... but definitely not from the in house coordinators of Corus Hotel | |
