The 50-acre tropical greenery and landscape in the heart of the city, KLCC Park has beautiful gardens, creative architecture, symphony fountains, that will make good photographs. It features various amenities such as a children's playground, wading pool, jogging track, shelters and benches, patterned foot-paths and sculptures. Approximately 1,900 indigenous trees and palms (74 species) are planted within the park areas. The Lake Symphony which comprises two water fountains, located at the esplanade outside Suria KLCC, is programmed to provide 150 magical dramatic animations.

This is simply because the photos would be for private use only and not for someone to be making commercial (profitable) gain out of it. The second point is that KLCC is a private owned property whose owner has decided to allow public to enjoy it. However, they still retain the rights to the Intellectual property and rights. Allowing others to visit or to enjoy the facilities means KLCC management reserved the right to rescind or allow the privileges to others. As a photographers we need to understand the owner perspectives on this. We also as the user need to observe the decorum to ensure that we can continue to enjoy it. |
