The West Lake Garden Chinese restaurant at Sunway Resort has been described as impressive. It has a fantastic ambiance with Chinese traditionaltheme decor and setting. Located at a separate site on its own, away from the other parts of the hotel, it provides all the privacy you need. Unfortunately the hall could only fit up to about 26 tables (260 pax) with the extra tables in the private rooms, altogether accommodating up to 33 tables. Another problem is the restaurant's small stage. Only 3 performers can be on the stage at one time if there's a wedding live band. Restaurant manager and PIC Ms Sun Sun is very professional, bubbly and cheerful.
Sunway Resort's grand ballroom is very huge most suitable for a big wedding. The guests enjoyed the the good food served during the reception as well. Some customers think that the wedding package offered is too expensive, there is no corkage fee waiver for alcoholic beverages. A barrel of beer costs RM900++ which is at a high price.

I knwo you will too. Give Sun Sun a call. The Stage is pretty small...so maximum 3 performers will be the best. You can put 4 performers too if you can remove the cake once you are done with it at the early part of the dinner. |

Our banquet will be on the 22nd Oct, we should be opening up even the private rooms so total would be around 30-33 tables, price starts from 1000++.Do call them up, look for Sun Sun, one of the most bubbly n cheerful restaurant manager i have met so far!
